We accept all major credit cards- Visa Credit; Visa Debit; Visa Electron; MasterCard; Maestro; American Express and Discover. As well as Apple Pay and Paypal.

Orders

We love custom orders so if you don't see what you want in the shop give us a shout via the contacts page. Orders are usually turned around in 2 weeks but things can get busy around here so don't delay if you want something super special made- let us know the party date..

If an item is out of stock don't worry, most of our items are made to order anyway so just ask we are sure to be able to whip something up for you in no time.

Wrong item? Whoops, there must have been a glitch in the system. Get in touch asap and we will have it fixed in a jiffy.

Shipping

UK shipping costs £5. Pinatas are pretty lightweight but can be bulky.

If you would like your order sent tracked please let us know and we can work out a cost for you.

International shipping. International orders are welcome please contact us for shipping costs. Please note all Customs, Import charges and Duty are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.
